Black Pearl Polished from Elemar

Project Details
Material is Black Pearl Polished from Elemar. The material is 2cm but the customer wanted a thicker heavier look to the edges, so we mitered the edges to 2 ½” thick at the firepit and 1 ½” at the BBQ. The black stone finished off the project beautifully and coordinated with the patio furniture without taking away from the stunning outdoor setting.

A great use of the Cippolino granite from Oregon Tile and Marble to create a complete circle look in the kitchen and full height backsplash. The customer loved the finished look so much they will be using the same material at their beach condo, as it reminds them of waves washing up on the beach. The edge detail is ¼” Radius. The slabs are honed to give them a soft muted look.

This period kitchen remodel by Tyler Dean Construction is a beautiful example of mixing new stone technology with old Portland style. This busy family loves the final results which includes a bar top to aid in entertaining but not impede on the efficient kitchen design.

Architect designed new master suite in this home’s attic. Note the mix of Carrara flooring, subway wall tile and low maintenance Caesarstone on the countertops. It really came out beautifully.

Beautiful kitchen remodel using Crème Marfil through out the house. It is very understated and elegant against the La Corneau custom brown and copper range. The under mount apron front cast iron sink is very modern yet timeless in it’s classic design.

The extensive remodel of this beautiful home included the master bathroom with new shower, flooring and countertop in Crème Marfil Marble. It is a soft relaxing spa look.

This great remodel project came together from a perfect contractor/designer collaboration. Design by Paula Kotchik of Urban ID and remodel by Cascade Restoration. The linear quartzite adds a very clean modern look to this great kitchen. We were able to match the pattern at the seam in the long bar. The designer liked it so much we repeated it at the other end of the bar. The 3/8” beveled edge looks great on this clean white background. Many homeowner’s choose quartzite over marble as it has better stain resistance and is less likely to etch, as it marble.

A great period remodel in pretty NE Portland kitchen and bath. The kitchen used Pental Quartz 3cm Coastal Grey with a flat eased edge finish and the bathroom was Ceasarstone 3cm Misty Carrara with a flat ease edge. The contractor was Tyler Dean Construction.
